I’m Laci Renee, your fitness guide and a proud female entrepreneur who knows the struggles of the journey intimately, having shed 60lbs to become my own success story.

One time I did my own program and was so discouraged because the numbers on the scale were not moving but luckily I had taken my before photos from all angles (front, back, and both sides). I didn’t see a difference on the scale because I was simultaneously building muscles and losing weight but man oh man did I SEE a difference in those photos.

I know progress photos never start out being fun but they REALLY do help. I strongly encourage you to take your progress photos as a way of tracking your progress: one before you start the program, one four weeks in, and one after you complete the program.Do this every round you go through and you’ll be shocked at how much your body will change over the next 3-4 months.

These photos can serve as a powerful reminder of your hard work, dedication, and the transformation you’re capable of. And I’d love to celebrate your wins with you.
